What You Will Do

Lead Design Initiatives: Own and drive the design process for key product features and experiences from conception to final implementation.
User Research & Insights: Conduct user research to understand the needs, pain points, and behaviors of our target users, and translate these insights into meaningful design solutions.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate your vision to stakeholders and developers.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to iterate on designs, ensuring a seamless product development process.
Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of Cyware’s design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all product touchpoints.
Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to optimize the user experience and interface design.
Iterate on Feedback: Be proactive in gathering design feedback from users and stakeholders, and continuously improve designs based on real-world insights.
Innovate: Stay on top of the latest trends in product design and technology to introduce fresh, innovative ideas that drive engagement and user satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or a similar role, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio that showcases your ability to design user-centered products, including wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs.
Design Tools: Proficiency in modern design tools like Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD, with a solid understanding of how to design for both web and mobile platforms.
User-Centered Focus: Deep understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices with a strong focus on usability and accessibility.
Problem Solver: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex problems into simple and intuitive design solutions.
Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
Communication Skills: Ability to present and defend your design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Agility: A proactive, self-starter approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
