Job Description: 

At Bank of America, we are not just guarding against threats – we’re pioneering the future of cybersecurity.  We’re on the hunt for a visionary Product and Agile Transformation Lead to spearhead our product evolution and agile transformation within our Cybersecurity organization.  If you are a forward thinker with a knack for innovation and a passion for transforming processes, this is your chance to make a significant impact.

The Product Transformation Lead is a member of the Cyber Security Product Management team, which is responsible for working across Global Information Security (GIS) to deliver cutting-edge technology that enables our ability to protect the Enterprise and our customers from evolving threats. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrate a comprehensive product / agile transformation across the cybersecurity technology teams implementing LEAN, Agile and SAFe methodologies and performance metrics.
  • Establish an Agile Center of Practice, setting a benchmark for agile practices, standard ceremonies and supporting teams to optimize implementation of enterprise agile standards and practices.
  • Perform hands on training and coaching with teams in all aspects of Lean Agile and Coach team members through change and identifies and resolves organizational impediments that impact team performance.
  • Advocate for a Product Driven, customer focused mindset, and value driven delivery through rapid iteration and continuous improvement.
  • Influence and guide business and technology leaders on changes that enables agility and facilitates significant improvements to the operating model and the end-to-end delivery process.
  • Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution across teams and with stakeholders, including external teams, business partners, and other Agile Release Trains/programs.
  • Lead roles, teams, and leaders to embrace a Lean Agile and learning mindset and developing professionals into LEAN Agile roles.
  • Provide guidance on creating and managing product demand through an intake process, how to maintain a healthy backlog, and facilitating valuable agile ceremonies.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in leading large enterprise groups in transformation, LEAN, Agile and SAFe frameworks
  • Deep knowledge of agile methodologies and product management matched by a track record of driving successful transformation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit that enables you to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • You excel at strategic planning and execution, with a talent for turning complex challenges into actionable solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to use data to communicate change.

Enterprise Role Overview:
This job is responsible for enabling teams and Agile Release Trains to learn, implement, and mature Lean Agile principles and practices. Key responsibilities include providing thought leadership related to Lean Agile, educating and influencing leaders to improve the operating model and end-to-end delivery process, and empowering teams to become self managing to fulfill cross functional potential, and form an attitude of relentless improvement. Job expectations may include training and coaching teams, leading roles on agile and modern engineering practices, and mentoring Agile Coaches.

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$151,500.00 - $184,500.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
