Who we are looking for State Street seeks to recruit a Senior Business Analyst to assist in the development of up-leveled ways of working for Cybersecurity Architecture & Engineering ("Cyber A&E"), a consultative team that develops automated solutions to unlock new technological capabilities and protect the bank. This role will assist in the day-to-day support of the Projects Coordination & Business Operations ("the function"), a team charged to evolve the project management framework, standardize reporting, develop a communications program, and efficiently run the business. What you will be responsible for

Desired Outcomes

•  Establish efficient, repeatable, and scalable frameworks for the delivery of Cyber A&E business operations outcomes.

•  Plan, facilitate, and execute recurring summary-level progress and status reports.

•  Establish and administer a communications plan for Cyber A&E.

•  Coordinate with other Cyber A&E functions to create and collect content for key meetings or as part of the communications plan.

•  Partner with other corporate teams to plan and deliver Cyber A&E content across multiple channels.

•  Participate in the development, testing, and implementation of evolved project management practices.

•  Chair, organize, and facilitate or attend and participate in stakeholder meetings. •  Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings. •  Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings. •  Ensure that the function's deadlines are met. •  Determine and present alternatives when the function's deadlines require adjustment.

•  Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution. •  Provide administrative support for the function as needed. •  Undertake project tasks as required.

Education & Preferred Qualifications •    5+ years of experience in information security, a security related field, or other complex information risk management function

•    2+ years of experience in managing others

•    Demonstrated ability to produce clear, clean, concise PowerPoint presentations with cohesive narrative

•    Demonstrated ability in data wrangling and data visualization •    Modern technical understanding and experience with modern technology domains: Cybersecurity, SDLC, desktop support, enterprise, cloud, or network engineering, or others •    Has led teams in a matrixed organization by leading without authority •    Experience operating in regulated environment

•    Management or technology consulting experience preferred •    Bachelors degree in a technical field preferred

Salary Range:

$110,000 - $185,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
