Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Cyber Security Analyst to serve as the designated security officer for Renesas divisions, fulfilling critical responsibilities outlined in compliance with CFIUS agreements. This role involves ensuring the highest levels of information security, safeguarding our operations, and driving adherence to regulatory requirements.

  • To operate as nominated security officer for Renesas divisions and nominated directly as per CFIUS agreements
  • To lead all federal focussed security operations and improvements in the Americas
  • To take responsibility for all US government security related activity
  • To support existing RUN operations against these areas and own mitigations and remediation activities in that space
  • Represent Renesas Security to CISA and the other US agencies
  • Provide onsite coordination for high compliance standard items
  • Deputise for the Renesas CISO/Senior Director Global Information security as required

 

Qualifications

  • Applicants for this position must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Renesas is unable to sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
  • Must meet all requirements of SQEP (Suitably Qualified and Experience Person) for US Govt activty
  • Be able if necessary to received clearance to TS - holding a clearance is not necessary but it may be needed in future
  • Maintain a top tier security qualification eg CISSP and stay current
  • 10- years of senior cyber security experience including leading multi national teams
  • Degree or higher qualification
  • Experience of delivering high quality complex security solutions Fedramp, CMMC  

Additional Information

The expected annual pay range for this position is $201,000 - $300,000. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
