About the Role:

Ferrero Group Headquarters in Luxembourg are seeking a Cybersecurity Planning & PMO. 


Thanks to this exciting and challenging opportunity you will report professionally and managerially to the Head of Cybersecurity and support in the leadership, coordination and communication defined of the Cybersecurity program, across its various Cybersecurity Competence Centers and Regional team, as well as cybersecurity business partners.


You will be in charge of suggesting integrations to the individual Competence Centers of Cybersecurity, while ensuring alignment with business priorities, in accordance with the Head of Cybersecurity.


Furthermore, you will support the Head of Cybersecurity in keeping track of the progress across the entire program’s strategy success while you will also oversee project management activities specifically related to M&A and new business. 

Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you will support the Head of Cybersecurity in the development and maintenance of strategic plans, ensuring that all activities are initiated according to a risk-based approach, aligned with the overall Ferrero Cyber risk appetite.


As part of your responsibilities, you will harmonize the definition of objectives and development roadmap for each Cybersecurity Competence Center and Cybersecurity Area\Regions, in coordination with the overall Cybersecurity strategy, fostering synergies among the main Service Areas. 


You will play a key role supporting the definition, maintenance and evolution of the Cybersecurity Governance Framework, refining its Service Catalogue, Technology Blueprint, as well as ways to work, to continuously improve the Team functioning. You will also support budget definition across the Team, overseeing and guiding allocation, staffing and contracting.


In this role you have to ensure that Cybersecurity programs, projects and activities correctly align with Business priorities, addressing Cyber risks identified in the main Business areas and initiatives. The main activities include identifying the main cybersecurity risk scenario within each function getting in touch with all relevant business stakeholders; managing the de-risking activities\plan working with accountable stakeholders (i.e. business function, IT); and presenting and sharing the status of the program to the Function leadership team.


This role will cover tasks as well in the domain of KPI and reporting, managing the preparation of the metrics dashboard (KPI) to provide oversight of the current security posture and to identify areas of improvement and disseminating collected metrics to all relevant stakeholders in the group according to a specific reporting strategy.


You will be the project manager for special activities and endeavors, such as the extension of the Cybersecurity scope to specific areas or businesses in the Groups.


Moreover, you will manage all the Cybersecurity related to M&A activities during the Due Diligence phase (i.e. Cybersecurity assessment) and during post-merge integration phase (i.e. manage and coordinate all the stream\activities need to bring the CS level of the target company to the Ferrero level), coordinating and managing all the services provided to the Related Companies.

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your university degree background in Management Engineering, Information technology, Computer Science, Economics or similar and 10+ years of experience.


Ideally, you bring consultancy experience or relevant experience in working on the definition, coordination, and management of a Cybersecurity program as well as in Cybersecurity budget management for the reaching of larger objectives on long term plans. In addition, you should have proven experience in the evaluation of the Cybersecurity posture of a Business, or specific environment, as to guide the strategic planning, to fill identified gaps. 


Being an excellent communicator in English with outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, you will conduct and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to assure business continuity throughout the projects’ lifecycle. 


You bring strong project management skills and good knowledge of Cybersecurity international standards, law and regulations (e.g. ENISA, NIST, GDPR, ISO27000) or in main international and local laws and regulations related to Cybersecurity, with particular awareness of key critical points to meet compliance. 


A high level of self-motivation and initiative, and ability to combine people and relationship management skills will be an asset for this role, together with your strong analytical mindset and your well-organized, detail-oriented attitude.
