Desktop Support Administrator
Tasks
- Administer Entra ID user access and MFA
- Create and update SOPs runbooks and knowledge base articles
- Diagnose hardware and software issues
- Maintain asset inventory and device lifecycle
- Manage ITSM tickets with ServiceNow or Jira JSM
- Manage Microsoft Intune device enrollment and compliance
- Provide end to end desktop support during APAC window
- Resolve Windows and macOS incidents
- Support Microsoft 365 Outlook Teams and SharePoint
- Triage and contain security incidents
