Job Description:
As the Cybersecurity Operational Excellence and Enablement lead, you will play a pivotal role in our organizations growth and evolution. You will be responsible for providing guidance and oversight related to Process and operational excellence, risk operations and Independent QA for Cybersecurity Operations (CSO) control functions.
Key Responsibilities of this role include:
- Provide oversight and drive execution of operational excellence activities across CSO ensuring including Single Process Inventory (SPI) changes and maturation, control and metric owner governance, people and process mapping and alignment management and ensure we have a higher focus on driving toward satisfactory processes, controls and metrics.
- Provide guidance for escalations related to the execution of the CSO consequence model use cases including partnering with control teams across CSO to ensure appropriate processes are followed.
- Manage and execute internal horizontal operations routines to ensure appropriate visibility occurs across CSO control functions to leadership as well as manage routine with 2nd/3rd line partners to ensure appropriate visibility of key updates are documented and socialized.
- Support CSO QA routines for various CSO processes, further ensuring that CSO processes and controls are operating effectively.
- Lead CSO risk operations focusing on driving a positive risk culture of potential gap identification through new risk routines, partnering across CSO control functions to ensure remediation plans are completed, documented and sustained, manage intake requests for risk/issues mapped to CSO processes and managing strategic responses for various 2nd/3rd and regulatory responses.

- 7 + years experience in a Cyber Security Governance role.
