As a Security Consultant, you will be a key advisor for IBM’s clients, analysing business requirements to design and implement the best security solutions for their needs. You will apply your technical skills to find the balance between enabling and securing the client’s organisation with the cognitive solutions that are making IBM the fastest growing enterprise security business in the world.

Your Role and Responsibilities
The IAM Security professional will be responsible for providing expertise and guidance to clients for developing strategies and technical roadmaps for digital identity solutions across customer identity, identity governance, and privileged access management. The successful candidate will lead architecture and design workshops, will be hands on and have the ability to lead a team of specialists implementing, configuring and integration identity suite of products and manage operations support for large IAM implementations. As a IAM Security professional, it will be required that you work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, assess their existing systems, and recommend optimal solutions. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting workshops and training sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure successful implementation and adoption of technology solutions.

We are hiring for multiple roles so your experience in one or more products for one or multiple identity domains will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and objectives related to identity and access management.
  • Assess clients’ existing systems, processes, and infrastructure to identify gaps and opportunities for Digital Identity integration
  • Design and architect IAM solutions tailored to meet clients’ requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation, configuration, and customisation of IAM products.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients’ stakeholders to educate them on IAM functionalities and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Document project requirements, specifications, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate, collate and validate artefacts related to Audit queries based on this provide remediation of identified gaps
  • Support operations team for IAM environment that involves but not limited to
    o Incident Management
    o Problem Management
    o Minor security patches
    o Defect fixes for recurrent incidents
    o IAM vendor co-ordination
    o Application On-boarding
    o Operations Management
  • Coach and mentor junior security consultants and develop skills in the team in selected vendor products.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take initiative and are collaborative.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or Network / Telecommunications Engineer B.Tech., B.E, MCA, M.Sc. IT.(Mandatory either of these)
  • 12+ years of experience in IAM Architecture Design, IAM Consulting, Identity and Access Governance, Privileged Access Management experience
  • Specialised on: IBM IAM Products like SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, EntraID, CyberArk, BeyondTrust
  • Proven experience as a IAM security professional in client-facing role, preferably in the field of identity and access management.
  • Familiarity with related technologies such as SSO (Single Sign-On), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and identity federation.
  • Experience with identity and access management (IAM) frameworks, protocols, and standards (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML).
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing IAM solutions in complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience in managing operations in large IAM implementations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues.


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Professional Qualifications – Desired – Any Certification in cyber security like CISSP, CISP.
