We are looking for a visionary Product Owner to lead the development and scaling of a Global DevSecOps Platform that integrates security, development, and operations across diverse application ecosystems, including SAP, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Salesforce, and other enterprise and non-enterprise systems. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong technical acumen and the ability to manage a complex technology stack to deliver a world-class, secure, and efficient platform.

Technology – CI/CD, Source code management, Code quality, Infra as Code , Containers, Orchestration , Monitoring , Sec Testing , Cloud Platforms including Azure , AWS and GCP, Backlog management and Ops management

Your key missions

The responsibilities involve leading and managing an Agile Squad, overseeing the development of the product roadmap, managing backlog, updating priorities through captured local needs & feedbacks, ensuring the delivery of Business Value. Regularly engage with the internal stakeholders to improve the product features & capabilities. You are the voice of the stakeholders. 

  • Demand Management : Gather new demands to be integrated into the backlogs and translate them into Features and User stories. ​
  • Backlog Management : Prioritize Product backlog and manage risks and interdependencies with other squads. Steer and drive squad delivery, facilitate day-to-day interactions within the squad.​
  • Product Lifecycle management : Contribute to product vision definition. Lead the Product Build by defining and analyzing the Features/user stories and managing the agile squad delivery. Collect and consolidate Product value based on Proximity Team and GBPO’s inputs. Drive system demo activities and roll-out plan in collaboration with the Business Process Owners and the Proximity teams. Track product performance and value realization upon defined KPI's.
  • Product Catalog Management : Ensure latest version and consistency between the product & service catalog and the overall product portfolio and communicate on changes & updates​
  • Incident Management : Lead L2/L3 incidents investigation, diagnosis and resolution​
  • Resource Management : Estimate Resource forecasts, adjust roadmap and prioritization based on resource availability and report on actual resource utilization​
  • ITFM : Provide Product roadmap and backlog, squad’s resource needs forecast. Oversee overall funding of my scope, perform variance analysis and provide justification. Track Product’s ROI and costs

Key internal stakeholders : Resources Lead (to align on resource allocation to the squads), Tech Success Director (to consolidate and share business demands and provide latest updates and news about products), Service Management (to jointly work on incident management & resolution), Squad members (to animate & steer daily work), Product Teams (to ensure the DevSecOps practices and values are realized), Key users (to catch feedback during demo), Chapters (to ensure the engineers are trained and adopting best practices) and Cybersecurity (to validate security process)​

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.​
  • ​You have 5+ years in a product management or product owner role in DevOps, DevSecOps or enterprise platforms.
  • ​You have proven experience in managing CI/CD tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Bitbucket)​
  • You have expertise in Infrastructure as a Code​
  • You have strong knowledge of security tools (SonarCloud, Snyk, Dome9, AWS Secrets Manager) and monitoring solutions (Grafana, Site24x7).​
  • You are familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization/orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • You have hands-on experience integrating DevSecOps tools with SAP, Salesforce, or E-commerce applications is highly desirable.​
