Job Summary:

 

As a Managed Services (MS) Cyber Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the cyber security technology and services that support our MS business. You will play a crucial role in inputting into the MS cyber strategy and managing our cyber security.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for MS Engagements regarding all cyber security related matters.

  • Define Cyber Security MS frameworks, playbooks, processes, etc required to build and grow the Cyber Security MS practice.

  • Collaborate with all stakeholders to understand pain points, capability gaps, requirements and communicate information regularly to ensure alignment.

  • Continuously research the latest trends, technologies, and regulations related in the area of Cyber Security MS and integrate this knowledge into our market offerings to create differentiated services.

  • Support building our Cyber Security MS technology capabilities to fulfill client needs and differentiate ourselves in the market.

  • Ensure all our Cyber Security services and technologies comply with regional regulations and manage risks through robust security policies.

  • Regularly assess the performance of our Cyber Security services through KPIs, reports, and client feedback to identify areas of improvement.

  • Continuously review and refine MS cyber security strategies based on industry trends and technological advancements.

Expected Skills:

  • Expertise in security frameworks and standards, such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Controls.

  • Proficiency in managing Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems, Security Operations Center (SOC) tools, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and advanced threat protection tools.

  • Strong understanding of cloud security, with experience in platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

  • Familiarity with the Middle East cybersecurity landscape, including knowledge of regional threats, regulatory requirements, and industry practices.

  • Experience with incident response, forensic investigations, and vulnerability management.

Minimum years experience required

  • Required Language Skills:

    Proficient in written and spoken English. Arabic is a plus

    Minimum Education and Specific Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA

  • 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a management role, preferably within the Middle East
