Job Description

• As an Information Security Expert, you will join a global governance organization with the goal of mitigating ISMS and DPMS risks across all Bosch locations in Türkiye and the Middle East. The Information Security Expert will report to the regional governance information security and data protection office in the implementation and realization of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in Türkiye and the Middle East.
•  Developing and adapting Bosch internal information security regulations for the Bosch 
• organization located in Türkiye and the Middle East based on applicable cyber security laws 
• and technical measures of data protection laws.
• Conducting IT Security audits.
• Managing IT security incidents (analysis, defining measures, reporting).
• Providing technical information security support for upcoming projects topics like e.g., cloud 
• onboarding, IT security audits for local applications, coordination of penetration tests, as well 
• as communication with local supervisory authorities about cybersecurity in close 
• cooperation with local Bosch organizations and Bosch central information security and data 
• protection department.
• Representing the interests of the Bosch Group in associations towards third parties.
• Establishing and providing information and advice for application and IT system owners, 
• managers, associates, and international Bosch projects on the implementation of and 
• compliance with all local information security and data protection requirements.
• Responsible for ISMS governance i.e. ISO 27001, TISAX

Qualifications

• University Graduate preferably from Computer Engineering / Software Engineering or a 
• related field.
• At least full-time three years’ experience in a position highly exposed to information security 
• issues in a multinational company.
• Experience and competence in the field of Information Security related to IT security audits, 
• experience in the field of KVKK would be a plus.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Turkish.
• Advanced level in the MS 365 ecosystem.
• Customer-oriented with a knack for building trust.
• Strong communication skills, a collaborative team member, and a proactive approach.
