About the role:
 

As an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and managing secure and efficient IAM systems within our Security DevOps environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM practices into the software development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain cutting edge IAM solution within a DevOps environment, focusing on Saviynt and CyberArk technologies.
• Implement and configure Saviynt IAM tools and technologies to deliver robust IAM capabilities aligned with DevOps practices.
• Automate IAM processes and workflows using scripting and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools, such as PowerShell, Python, or Ansible, to enable efficient provisioning, deprovisioning, and access workflows.
• Collaborate with the Principal IAM Engineer to evaluate and enhance IAM processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness across Origin.
• Monitor and respond to IAM system alerts and incidents, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and advancements in Saviynt IAM, CyberArk PAM, and DevOps practices, recommending innovative solutions to enhance capabilities.
• Work effectively with stakeholders, addressing their needs and ensuring IAM solutions support business goals.

What will you bring?

You will possess a strong background in Identity & Access Management principals, DevOps methodologies and IT or business information systems. Furthermore, you will demonstrate the following:

• Proficient in documenting processes and leveraging automation to streamline workflows and minimize manual tasks.
• Certified or experienced in ITIL practice, with a strong understanding of its framework, processes, and methodologies.
• Hold a relevant IAM certification such as CISSP, CISM, or Saviynt- / CyberArk-specific credentials.
• Skilled in scripting and automation languages, such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash IAM system management, configuration, and integration within the Saviynt framework.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex IAM requirements within the Saviynt + CyberArk framework and DevOps culture and develop effective solutions.
