Responsibilities

- L3 end user problematic;

- Quality control of end user control performed by offshore team;

- Review/validation of extended rights for end users;

- Review/validation of web security exception for end users;

- Participation on end users project;

- Continuous improvement of current process.

Essential skills

- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role;- Proven experience with Sailpoint;- Strong knowledge of fundamental information security concepts related to identity access management;- Good knowledge of presentation and reporting techniques;- Good knowledge of English.
