What You Will Do:

  • Manage small-medium IAM function and own the IAM service
  • Manage, train, and develop the team covering various areas of expertise
  • Lead the function with an "Outstanding Service provider" attitude and treat all partners as clients
  • Comanage and streamline IAM operations in a cross-functional and multi-vendor / hybrid environment with close alignment with the CTO IT services area
  • Technical consultations on approach for IAM activities
  • Participate in and lead technical implementations and maintenance/support activities, contribute to architecture
  • Lead and technically contribute to incident response and resolution
  • Facilitate Identity-related incident investigations and develop proactive measures to efficiently reduce such
  • Plan and prioritize team's work by implementing a strong operational management culture via KPIs/SLAs/KRIs and other best practice metrics
  • To be responsible for identity lifecycle management topics as per the designated responsibility given by the head of Cybersecurity
  • Define and clarify the expectations and responsibilities of subordinates’ roles and ensure the understanding of how they align with the team’s and Luminor's strategic goals and values
  • Empower subordinates to define their own measurable objectives that are consistent with the team’s and Luminor’s vision and ensure that subordinates prioritize and execute their tasks effectively
  • Enable subordinates to deal effectively with their responsibilities, delegate the necessary authority in line with employee performance and seniority, bring high energy to support, and follow up on work

What We Expect: 

  • Hands-on IAM/PAM controls implementation skills
  • Advanced access provisioning models and application integration via authentication/authorization/accounting methods 
  • Good knowledge of security services (VMS, AV, SIEM, DLP, IAM, PAM, FIM, EDR, Pentests and other security services)
  • Proven strong operational management
  • Knowledge of information identity and access management best practice concepts, governance models, frameworks, standards
  • Previous managerial experience 1-3 years
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
