JOB DESCRIPTION:

We actively expand our Infrastructure Security team and look for Security Operations enthusiasts.

Technologies to work with - mainly Microsoft. We are responsible for: Entra ID, Exchange, Microsoft 365 Apps, Active Directory, SCCM, Windows Client.

Daily tasks:

• Global 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Support and improvement of existing security infrastructure.
• Troubleshooting a large variety of issues related to infrastructure security area.
• Work closely together in a global IT team.
• Training of Knorr-Bremse services employees.
• Maintain technical skills and knowledge, keep up to date with market trends.
• Producing documentation and guides.

Expected skills set:

•  3+ years of experience in IT field, experience in technical operations of IT security. 
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Win Client OS and Win Server OS, Network technologies.
• ISC² CISSP, CSSP or SSCP certification and ITIL v3 Foundation (and higher) or equivalent qualification are preferable but not required.
• Passion for troubleshooting and looking for solution is needed. Willingness to learn.
• English verbal and written communication skills at business level is required, in addition German language skills are also advantageous.
• Ability to work in the international and virtual environment.
• Possibility to travel (mostly Munich; max. up to 10%).
