Internal Office Security Specialist

JOB SCOPE

ThreatLocker's Internal Office Security Specialist is responsible for, but not limited to:

• Monitoring and managing building access, including verifying badges for employees and visitors.
• Escorting visitors to their destinations and ensuring their secure departure.
• Escorting unauthorized or disruptive individuals out of the building in accordance with ThreatLocker’s security protocols.
• Conducting regular patrols of office floors and parking areas to ensure a secure environment.
• Receiving and managing deliveries from services such as UPS, FedEx, and Instacart, ensuring proper distribution. Assisting with garbage and recycling.
• Responding promptly and professionally to security incidents and emergencies.
• Acting as a point of contact for security-related inquiries and providing excellent customer service.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have prior security experience
• Ability to work well under limited supervision
• Meticulous attention to detail 
• Proficient in multi-tasking
• Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal

• Job will generally be performed in an office environment but may require travel to visit company offices and/or property locations.

• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perceptions, and the ability to adjust focus.
