Duties:-Ensures products and systems comply with requirements and government information assurance and cyberspace security standards and practices through formal verification methods.-Verify/validate systems with specific emphasis on network operations and cyberspace warfare tactics, techniques, and procedures focused on the threat to information networks.-Assess performance using evaluation criteria and technical performance measures.-Prepare assessments and cyberspace threat profiles of current and planned products based on sophisticated testing, research, and analysis.-Conduct research and evaluate technical performance of enterprise products and systems.-Provide feedback to design engineers and evaluate end-to-end systems and systems-oriented products through their entire life cycle.-Participate in design reviews of components (hardware and software) to ensure applicability to the current system and traceability of requirements.-Review test plans/procedures and ensures they verify/validate the requirements.-Develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet changing requirements.-Produce high-quality papers, presentations, recommendations, and findings for decision makers.
Qualifications:-Must possess Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility-Requires 5 to 8 years' experience with BS/BA or 3 to 5 years' experience with MS/MA or 0 to 2 years' experience with PhD.-Experience verifying and validating systems and assessing cyberspace threats.-Understanding of requirements and government information assurance and cyberspace security standards and practices-Excellent communication and written skills-Ability to work independently.-Must have a current DoD 8570.1-M IAT Level II certification (i.e., Security+ CE)
