About the Job:
This career step requires expert level experience. Responsible for cyber security areas across products, services, infrastructure, networks, and/or applications while providing protection for AT&T, our customers and our vendors/partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term and long-term PAM/CyberArk projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, compliance, and business units, to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with organizational goals.
Technical Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of CyberArk solutions to guide the technical direction of PAM projects. Provide technical oversight and troubleshooting support throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. Ensure adherence to security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, risk assessments, and post-implementation reviews. Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management regularly.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, CISM) are highly desirable.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on cybersecurity and PAM solutions including AD bridging. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex IT security projects.
Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of CyberArk solutions, including but not limited to PAS (Privileged Access Security), EPM (Endpoint Privilege Manager), and Delinea. Strong understanding of IAM (Identity and Access Management) principles and best practices.
Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Certifications: CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE) and Delinea Associate or similar certifications are a plus.
Job Contribution:
Expert level technical professional. Advisor on technical knowledge and ATT technologies.
Education:
Preferred Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics or Cyber Security or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Typically requires 8-10 years experience. Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role.

Our Principal Cybersecurity earns between $141,300.00-$211,900.00 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
