What are we looking for?

We are looking for a passionate Corporate/Compliance Junior Associate to join our legal department. The position is based in Mumbai India and will support our legal teams worldwide. Among the responsibilities of this position will be to directly support the Legal and Compliance departments, as well as assist with legal and compliance research, tasks, long-term projects, and organization of our contracts and other legal agreements.

Requirements

How will you make an impact?

• Assist in managing, prioritizing and delegating a high volume of legal requests coming from sales, marketing, R&D and other teams
• Act as a key point of contact for the legal department, providing quick and actionable advice, seeking and coordinating input from other business units
• Track and manage KPIs and reporting requirements to company management and the board

What is needed to succeed?

• Preferred 2 years of legal or compliance experience, preferably within an international company
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Fluent English
• Experience with legal operations systems
• Ability to manage a high volume of urgent matters
• Strong self-starter with ability to get to the bottom of things quickly
