We seek an experienced Network Engineer to join our team, focusing on Cloud Security, Microsoft 365, and identity management solutions to help safeguard our clients’ infrastructure and enhance their digital transformation journey.
As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing secure, scalable network solutions, particularly focusing on Microsoft 365, Cloud Security, and Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies. You will also be able to work with the latest cloud technologies and play a crucial role in securing endpoints and identities using tools like Microsoft Intune and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement secure, scalable network infrastructure solutions with a strong focus on Cloud Security principles.
- Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 environments, including Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access, and Identity Protection.
- Lead the implementation of Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions to ensure secure and efficient user authentication.
- Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune for mobile device and endpoint management, enforcing security policies for a variety of devices.
- Troubleshoot network and security issues, providing support for cloud environments and on-premises systems.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between network security and business objectives.
- Ensure that all systems meet or exceed security and compliance standards, especially for clients handling sensitive data.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging cloud security technologies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in designing and managing secure network infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, and Cloud Security solutions.
- Strong experience implementing and managing Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, ideally with Microsoft or third-party tools.
- Familiarity with endpoint management via Microsoft Intune and the ability to enforce policies on a variety of devices.
- Solid understanding of cloud security principles, including identity and access management (IAM), threat detection, and vulnerability management.
- Experience with network security protocols and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other technical teams and stakeholders.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, or equivalent, are highly preferred.
Desired Skills (Optional but a Plus):
- Experience with Azure Security Center, Microsoft Defender, and other Microsoft security tools.
- Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, and other network security technologies.
- Previous experience working in a managed service provider (MSP) or large enterprise environment.
