Cyber LMP

The Cyber LMP programme is a horizontal programme within LMP responsible for all Cyber deliverables and support to the LMP.

Position Summary

This role will support the lead PMO Reporting to the Cyber LMP PMO Team Lead, the PMO Support role provides data management, collation and reporting services to the relevant portfolio. Working closely with Project Managers and PMOs, the role is responsible for collation, calculation and evaluation of LSEG’s change project, programme and portfolio management information (MI), in line with LSEG’s processes and standards relevant to LMP.

Role Responsibilities

  • Supports the team by coordinating meetings, printing materials, taking minutes, maintaining accurate action and decision logs and updating the status of programme work

  • Assists in the monitoring of task progression against timelines and budgets, mentoring Project and Programme Managers where activities are behind schedule or over budget

  • Carries out accurate and detailed risk logging in line with LSEG risk processes, including risk assessments reviewing the probability and severity of risks

  • Owns the repository of Transformation Office project templates, project library, filing, recording and reporting systems and continuously identifies improvements

  • Assists with the monitoring of a change roadmap for the portfolio and uses change management processes, policies and guidelines from the Transformation Office

  • Maintains high-quality and up-to-date data, analysing information to support project and programme reporting and status updates

  • Supervises the records of project resourcing requirements and capacity to support resource optimisation.

  • To ensure that all POs are correctly calculated, approved and processed. Ensure that no POs are raised against the wrong project

  • Investigate and resolve purchase order queries as the need arises

  • To reconcile invoices and POs and balance of Pos

  • Support lead PMO to track programme variances to budget

 Key Behaviours

  • Maintain constructive and supportive working relationships with collaborators across the group

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • PMP, Prince 2 qualifications or degree in business management/admin field

  • A minimum 2- 3 years of proven ability in Project Management or related area

  • Proficiency with reporting tools such as Clarity PPM or other similar PPM tools

  • Previous experience in a similar programme management office, coordination or support role.

  • Experience with Purchase Order management with Oracle, Fieldglass and Ariba

  • Experience in supporting Cyber Security projects in the area of Identity & Access Management is a bonus

  • Experience in data analysis and generation of reports with project and resource data using Excel formulas (Pivots, Look Ups etc)
