Developing industry-leading security tools is tough, and ensuring they are built securely is just as tough, especially when operating at scale. It takes a lot of effort, coordination, and often custom tooling on top of the already industry-leading tools that are used to secure some of the largest companies in the world.

With this position, you will be leading the company’s software and automation development team for the Information Security (InfoSec) team itself. You will be technically hands-on and help lead the development of solutions for all of the amazing Security Engineers in InfoSec. You will communicate directly with cross-functional teams containing members for Product Management, Development, Security, and SRE to scale security solutions company wide.

Qualifications

Your Experience 

• BE/ B.tech Engineering or Technical Degrees or equivalent military qualification
• 9+ years of hands-on experience in security software and product development
• Experience designing and developing solutions for complex problems with hands on experience in Python OR Golang OR Java
• Hands-on experience with Microservice architecture development
• Hands-on experience integrating with third party APIs
• Experience with Serverless development (AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Functions, Azure Functions)
• Comfortability with Cloud-based datastore technologies (MySQL, NOSQL, BigQuery)
• Effective written and oral communication with multiple levels of leadership involving both the business and technical sides of the business
