IT Security Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Security Specialist to join our Group IT Security & Control team.

As an IT Security Specialist, you will participate in the necessary procedures for applying the acceptable of PB Group’s exposure level of security risks. You will also ensure the implementation of the Information Security framework and Information Systems to be in compliance with the specifications of the International Security standards.

Responsibilities

·        Participate in planning, implementing, managing, reviewing and adjusting security controls

·        Manage and perform security assessments (penetration tests / vulnerability assessments / security audits) to assess the level of IT infrastructure protection and the effectiveness of existing security mechanisms (controls)

·        Perform the monitoring of Security Systems and continuously overseeing security systems to detect and respond to potential threat

·        Detect and address IT threats and security incidents in security applications and systems, analyze alarms using various tools and monitoring solutions

·        Participate in the ongoing management and operation of the security infrastructure (including administration/troubleshooting/patch management)

·        Participate in the design and implementation of new information systems, as well as in projects concerning major redevelopments of the existing systems

·        Support in the definition of security requirements concerning relative projects or initiatives for the Bank

·        Consult and support the Bank’s users about IT security issues

Qualifications

·        Degree in Computer Science, or related field (BSc, MSc)

·        3+ years of experience in a relevant position in IT Security, and hands on experience in current network and systems architecture and/or modern secure software development lifecycle processes and/or in vulnerability management and hardening processes (prevention/detection/mitigation)

·        Understanding and stay up to date of modern technology requirements, information technology trends and security standards

·        Awareness of financial industry security standards (PCI DSS, ISO)

·        Customer-business service orientation and quality focus deliver

·        Critical thinking, providing options relating to resolving issues, mitigating risks and resolving escalated items

·        Proactive analytical expertise and problem solving approach

·        Team spirit and ability to learn, adapt, communicate and organize effectively

·        Technical Security Certifications, will be considered as an asset (CISSP, CCNA, CISM)
