Could you be the full-time onsite OT Project Cybersecurity Manager in Dubai, UAE we’re looking for?


Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your solid OT Cybersecurity background expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll manage and organize OT Cybersecurity activities during project execution, ensuring the highest standards of security within our Engineering department. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Risk Management, Vulnerability Management, and Engineering), plan security activities within the development life cycle, estimate costs and duration, and much more."

We’ll look to you for:

  • Analyzing and defining the OT Cybersecurity context, and Cybersecurity Risk Analysis,
  • Developing and allocating OT Cybersecurity Architecture requirements,
  • Cascading requirements to suppliers and managing Third Parties Risks,
  • Applying Cybersecurity Assurance Level and defining OT Cybersecurity Operating Procedures,
  • Evaluating the Project/Program achieved OT Cybersecurity level,
  • Providing support during technical design meetings for OT cybersecurity activities,
  • Obtaining agreement from Project/Program/Customer on the set of security measures to be implemented,
  • Managing vulnerabilities and Cybersecurity issues and actions plan,
  • Managing Project Cybersecurity related communication and reporting on Project Cybersecurity status,
  • In case of external Cybersecurity audit, managing the relationship with auditors and establishing lessons learned

  • Degree in Engineering or a relevant field,
  • Experience or understanding of OT Cybersecurity in industrial environments,
  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity standards and regulations such as ISO 2700X, IEC 62443, NIST, NIS, French LPM,
  • Familiarity with risk management and vulnerability management practices,
  • Cybersecurity certification such as GICSP, CISSP, GSEC, CISM is desirable,
  • Solid OT Cybersecurity background,
  • Methods of Cybersecurity risk analysis,
  • Architecture concepts and techniques of systems and networks,
  • Knowledge of the main techniques for evaluating systems security,
  • Dynamic, autonomous, and creative with the ability to work in a complex environment
