Purpose

We are hiring a HSM / Cybersecurity Offer Manager. She/He will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing the company’s product and service end-to-end offerings. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, R&D, delivery teams and finance, to ensure that our offerings meet market demands, are competitively priced, and align with the company's strategic goals.

Key Missions

Reporting to the head of the product line, your main responsibilities will be to: 

  • Develop and manage the lifecycle of end-to-end product and service offerings from conception through development and deployment to end of life ; taking accountability on the 4 offering planning sub-processes:
    • Ideate – ensuring understanding of market and customer needs through research & analysis;
    • Define – (i) building the value proposition, (ii) evaluating Idemia right to play, (iii) go-to-market approach and roadmap, (iv) offer requirements (technical, sales enablement) and associated costs, (iv) revenue estimates incl. market segmentation;
    • Build – (i)launching the offer for early adopters: build prototype of new offering, test with anchor customers, deploy go-to-market strategy, evaluate initial performance, and – (ii) preparing for full scale launch: develop final product/service offering, develop sales collaterals, deploy marketing strategy, set up the delivery operating model and governance);
    • Launch and Monitor the performance of the offer through quarterly tracking.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats with support of Market and Business Intelligence teams
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product development and contract management teams to create compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
  • Articulate clearly the IDEMIA right-to-play and “Why IDEMIA” (core techno bricks/assets, unique positioning) 
  • Identify and manage any risk, need for legitimacy creation plan, or need for partnership in offer creation or go-to-market approach
  • Validate value proposition against customer needs (customer testing and co-creation) and vs. previous status quo 
  • Define and implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of offerings (including customer RoI, IDEMIA P&L, features usage…), making data-driven decisions to enhance their effectiveness.
  • Work with finance to develop financial models and forecasts for offerings.
  • Ensure that all offerings comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive collaterals for all product and service offerings per market/customer segment.
  • Train and support sales and marketing teams on the features and benefits of our offerings.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve offerings.
  • Develop and manage communication campaigns.

 

To succeed on this position, you need to have following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in offer management, product management, or a similar role of HSM or cybersecurity products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively  
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and strong drive with the ability to navigate within IST teams and functions.
  • Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis.
  • Deep understanding of commercial and financial implications
  • Knowledge of contract management
  • Experience with financial modeling and pricing strategies.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Hard skills in cryptography, security, IT, cybersecurity, HSM
