Purpose
We are looking for a HSM / Cybersecurity Business Developer. Her/His main role will be to develop a customer portfolio, to implement a sale funnel and to transform it into revenue. You will develop a growth strategy focused both on customer acquisition, market growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Missions
Reporting to the head of the product line, your main responsibilities will be to:
- Promote IDEMIA’s cybersecurity products, solutions and services to customer, prospects and ecosystems
- Follow up on marketing generated leads and support closing deals.
- Develop a business development strategy, map out new clients and expand IDEMIA’s market position.
- Follow up on existing clients with queries and maintain relationships, ensure customer satisfaction.
- Visit accounts to advise them, Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Maintain sales activities with the use of Salesforce.
- Interface with IDEMIA internal resources such as Offer Manager and R&D to build the roadmap according to customer needs.
To succeed on this position, you will need the following:
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role with sales growth KPI
- Strong sales and business development background (b2b)
- Strong knowledge of the ICT sector, knowledge of Security of the Information, Cybersecurity.
- Motivated by working to targets and incentives.
- HSM Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in using CRM tools.
- Fluency both in English and French(C1)
- Availability to travel.
You should be as well:
- Graduated from a business school, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a business development or sale position for cybersecurity offer
- Synthetic, proactive, autonomous, result-oriented, rigorous, organized, attention to details, Quality-minded.
- Reactive, able to handle multiple tasks in parallel, and quickly change scope based on priority calls
- Team spirit, able to listen, convince, communicate internally and with customers.
- Hard skilled in cryptography, security, IT, cybersecurity, HSM
- Mad skilled more than welcome welcome!
