We are pleased to announce the opening for a/an Systems Administrator, who will join our Technical Solutions Division in Huntsville, AL and become part of our rapidly growing technology company operating in missile defense, cybersecurity, test range modernization, biotechnology, and space control marketspaces. You will be part of a team known for playing a pivotal role in this mission, and we are seeking a talented and passionate technical contributor to join our ranks.

Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining an enclave dedicated to technology development and demonstration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including programs managers, architects, and external product/software development teams, to ensure the integration and operation of the testbed. 

You’ll be performing the following tasks:

  • Designing the testbed network.
  • Building, deploying, and configuring all aspects of the infrastructure.
  • Operating and maintain the daily functioning of the enclave.
  • Supporting integration of external capabilities and test events.
  • Hardening, developing documentation, and information security control design in support of RMF or CMMC certification.

Basic Qualifications:

  • You must have a Bachelor of Science degree. Computer Science, Computer Engineering, etc preferred.
  • You will need 4 years of full-time professional experience.  Prefer 4 years of experience in Systems Administration.
  • You must possess or can obtain an active Secret clearance. 
  • You must be a U.S. citizen to be eligible for this position.

Lacking any one of these disqualifies you from this job.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Windows systems administration (i.e. Active Directory, Group Policy, etc).
  • Networking experience, to include experience with Cisco switching products.
  • Experience in virtualization platforms (e.g. VMware).
  • An Information Security certification such as CISSP, Security+, etc.
  • Experience with Linux systems administration
  • Patch Management
  • Vulnerability scanning (e.g. Tenable Nessus)
  • Auditing (e.g. Splunk)
  • Experience in implementing secure solutions in regulated environments. Implementing Secure Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) to harden computing systems.
  • Experience with RMF / CMMC certification and accreditation
  • Scripting and automation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • A passion for technology and a commitment to staying updated on industry technologies and trends.
