Job Description

As a AIM Specialist with deep expertise in Access and Identity Management (AIM) to work on SAP-based agile projects, with a proven track record of integrating and managing AIM solutions in SAP environments. Responsible for ensuring secure and efficient user access and identity governance within our SAP ecosystem, while collaborating closely with agile teams to design, implement, and maintain AIM solutions that align with business and security requirements.

Your contribution to something big: 

• AIM Strategy & Governance: Support the AMR (Access Management Responsible) with the design and implementation of AIM strategies for SAP solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives, regulatory compliance (i.e CD-AIM - Bosch Central Directive – Access and Identity Management), and security best practices. Support the AMR to define and implement BT-AM Guidelines and CD AIM within the SAP environment. Coordinate central projects in the area of AIM@BT e.g TARIS rollouts
• SAP Security Access Management: Manage SAP security roles and profiles, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews, to maintain a secure and compliant SAP environment using the Bosch AIM-Toolset. Work with SAP security teams to implement role-based access control (RBAC) i.e BT Business role concept and segregate of duties (SoD) controls. Support the BT Role Management process in coordination with global process owners (GPO) and Access Rights Owners (ARO).
• Security Audits & Compliance.
• Incident Response & Troubleshooting.
• Continuous Improvement, Documentation & Reporting.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Experience: 5/10+ years of experience in Access and Identity Management (AIM), with at least 5 years of direct experience in SAP security, including configuration, role management, and implementation within SAP systems.
• Expertise in SAP Security: Strong knowledge of SAP security models, including user roles, authorizations, and access controls in both SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments. In-depth expertise with SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) modules and Bosch AIM-toolset including TARIS (Configuration – Risk Analysis – Reporting).
• Agile Project Experience: Proven experience working in Agile project teams, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing requirements, and deliver AIM solutions in an iterative, fast-paced environment.
• AIM-Toolset: Expertise in Bosch AIM-Toolset and platforms such as SAP Identity Management (oneIDM), IDM reporting, CARDIO, TARIS etc.
• Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical, business, and executive teams. Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities in guiding junior AIM resources and providing strategic direction.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with SAP ECC R/3 and S/4HANA security and integration with other (cloud-based) systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex AIM challenges in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages for identity provisioning and access management.
