EBS Security Analyst-Associate

(This is a hybrid role with some onsite work in Indianapolis, Indiana)

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented team member to join our Enterprise Business Solutions Team to support granting access within multiple applications across our Oracle Cloud, UKG Pro, Salesforce, and 30+ more across the organization. This role will be responsible for reviewing segregation of duty violations and implementing resolutions to resolve, expand/maintain/support role-based access across all applications, reviewing/fulfilling daily access requests, supporting environment refreshes, implementing new application/security enhancements, monitoring My Oracle Support service requests, and documenting/performing all security related application audits. As a Security Support Analyst, you will provide support for organizational initiatives and liaison to our functional/clinical business areas. Our team ensures technology components meet the application performance needs and complies with the organizational security strategy of the organization. Our ideal candidate will follow standardized processes and procedures that are derived from working with both technical and non-technical staff within the organization and support, implement and maintenance all security applications owned by Enterprise Business Solutions. Candidates should possess the ability to respond and correct internal application security issues under general supervision. We prefer candidates to have experience with Oracle Cloud, UKG Pro or Salesforce applications but is not required. We want a candidate that possesses a strong role-based application security mindset that will assist in identifying security resolutions and being able to support our business operations transactional issues for our functional team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides support for upgrades, and acts as a vendor liaison for assigned area under direct supervision. 
• Supports the installation, maintenance, configuration and integrity of computer software. 
• Assists on the implementation of operating system enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system. 
• Resolves day-to-day technical problems with the business systems and maintains awareness of technical innovations and potential system level improvements.

STRONGLY PREFERRED:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in problem resolution or trouble shooting
• Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in a fast-paced work environment
• Minimum of 1-2 years of working on Information Technology cloud products
• Minimum of 1-2 years of creating and maintaining documentation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 0-3 years of experience required.
• Requires business process understanding; preferable in the health care environment.
