Responsibilities

Millennium Corporation is hiring a Test Automation SME to work 100% REMOTE. The candidate must have an active Secret clearance

  • Serve as Lead Systems Engineer for Test Automation
  • Coordinates system development tasks to include design, integration, and formal testing
  • Develops and completes actions in system specifications, technical and logistical requirements, and other disciplines.
  • Creates and maintains programmatic and technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution.
  • Manages and documents system configurations.
  • Ensures system hardware and software are compatible and capable of required performance metrics.
  • Participate throughout the continuum of test and evaluation programs and activities by preparing and reviewing test and evaluation plans, scripts, and reports.
  • Assist in the draft, review, and update of Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs), Master Test Strategy (MTS) artifact development, and T&E Working-Level Integrated Product Team (WIPT) charters
  • Assist in the development, review, and update of Requirements Traceability Matrices, System Subsystem Specification, Test Plans, Test Scripts, Test Reports, Test Configuration artifacts, data analysis, and system test models and test schedule documentation. 
  • Conduct Configuration Audits (PCAs), as required by the government, in support of test readiness and fielding decisions
  • Provide expertise in Testing Automation to include tool identification, integration, configuration, and use
  • Ensures government-approved T&E tools are configured, used, and monitored; Provide staff with expertise in Test Driven Development (TDD)
  • Provide expertise in Agile Test best practices
  • Provide expertise in Performance & Load/Stress Testing design (including operational profile development), test execution, data analysis, and report, and development to include instrumentation and tool configuration and setup.
  • Provide technical support to program/project engineers in the reviewing of system functional requirements
  • Assist in the development, review, and update of program/project test plans, test specifications, test procedures, test schedule documentation, and test reports.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of PMW T&E activities not limited to but including defect management- documenting system defects and participating in defect hotwashes and Defect Review Boards to adjudicate defects, government tool management, test, and associated supporting meeting participation.
  • Assist with system testing under approved User Stories, Test Scripts, and Scenarios and provide a detailed Report of Test Results upon completion
  • Capture, prepare, and report Test Metrics as defined by the Government customer
  • Participate in T&E Meetings, Boards and Events as directed by the Government customer
  • Provide technical support to program/project engineers at T&E technical reviews, test readiness reviews (TRRs), operational test readiness reviews (OTRRs), and technical interchange meetings (TIMs).

Qualifications

  • Have an active Secret clearance
  • At least 10 years of experience and a Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Operations Research, Mathematics, or Physics OR 15 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience with test automation and UiPath. 
  • Must be proactive and be willing to take initiative and lead others

Business Development

  • Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.
