PD/Assistant Manager - Risk ITGC Control Testing

- Assist in planning and execution of ITGC control testing: Collection of evidence for control testing, review of evidence, followup with the service owners or AZ Tech on missing evidences.
- Perform the annual ITGC control testing in coordination with AzTechRM / ISO and AZ P ISO teams
- Review and documents control testing results, and agree on the mitigation plans for control deficiencies with AZ Tech and Service Owners, preparation of control test result report to be used for regional and global RiCos, upload of test results into ORGS (if applicable)
- Follow up with AZ Tech and service owners on the execution of mitigation actions
- Communicates transparently with all ITGC stakeholders and keep them informed of potential issues and escalates any problems and delays.
PROFILE KEY REQUIREMENT:-
- A good understanding of ITGC and IT risks in general and the mitigating controls in addressing these risks
- Experience of auditing in general and more preference in auditing ITGC (good knowledge of IT auditing standards)
- Have had exposure to insurance company or financial institutions
- Proficiency in MS Excel and in the risk management or IT auditing tools such as IBM Open Pages or Service Now
- Professional recognized qualifications or certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC are valuable.
- Ability to undertake initiative and deliver quality results often with competing deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and autonomously yet still displaying strong team work ethics and attributes.
- Strong analytical, process management, structural thinking and implementation skills.
- Through understanding of business and financial implications of technical analysis.
- Strategic thinking and tactical problem solving; frame issues and create effective plans for execution.
- Strong professional presence, excellent interpersonal skills with ability to manage relationships both internal and external.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet set deadlines.
- Good working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
- This is a global role so the candidate would be supporting the AzP regions (Americas, APAC and Europe), so dealing with time zones will need to be managed.
- Everything will be done in English so a high level of verbal and written communication in English is mandatory.
