A career within Cybersecurity and Privacy services, will provide the opportunity to assist our clients implement an effective cybersecurity programme that protects against threats, propels transformation, and drives growth. As companies pivot toward a digital business model, exponentially more data is generated and shared among organizations, partners and customers. We play an integral role in helping our clients in the wider region ensure they are protected by developing transformation strategies focused on security, efficiently integrate and manage new or existing technology systems to deliver continuous operational improvements and increase their cybersecurity investment, and detect, respond, and remediate threats.Cyber Leader is a key position responsible for building, overseeing and managing cybersecurity related services in the Baltics and outside. This leadership role involves strengthening existing and developing new cybersecurity teams and implementing effective business development strategies based on cybersecurity trends, risks and solutions. Role includes active participation in business development, internal and external network building.
Main responsibilities
Development of a joint cyber security team in the Baltics.
Strengthening existing Cybersecurity business streams in Digital Identity (PAM/IAM) and developing other business streams (GRC, AI in cyber, SOC, Cloud Security, Enterprise Security Architecture, Threat Detection) with higher potential for Baltics.
Responsibility and active participation in creating project pipelines, including managing stakeholders and defining project scope based on client needs.
Active work with PwC-s global clients.
Close cooperation with CEE, EMEA, UK, Germany PwC partners in business development and large international project management.
Individual Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in a leadership role within the cybersecurity domain, preferably experience in consulting.
Business driven mindset
In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity trends, principles, practices, technologies, and frameworks (10+ years experience).
Strong understanding of regional cybersecurity regulations and compliance requirements as well as understanding on regulatory developments.
Excellent communication in English, leadership, and interpersonal skills, including strategic thinking, personal ambitions.
Relevant certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CEH or equivalents are desirable.
