Responsibilities
The Program Manager, TRO is responsible for managing all aspects of the health system’s cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring the protection of sensitive data, systems, and infrastructure across the organization. This role oversees the design, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive cybersecurity programs to address risks, support regulatory compliance, and align with organizational goals. The Program Manager works collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure robust security operations, incident response, and the adoption of best practices across the enterprise. This position requires the ability to independently identify and fulfill responsibilities with minimal oversight, especially on critical matters. The role frequently involves exercising discretion and independent judgment, evaluating different options, and making informed decisions. The position is expected to effectively prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
