Work you will do

As an IAM Engineer, you will assist, collaborate, and facilitate in support of the overall design, strategy, delivery, and best practices of IAM capabilities.

You will implement success-driven solutions that align to client business goals and provide the desired outcomes. In your role, you will develop and implement automation workflows to facilitate user provisioning and de-provisioning. As a Solution Consultant, one will be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation and flow chats. You will acts as the driver and innovator for identity management solutions.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • 1 year of hands-on experience/knowledge in at least one or more of the following areas:
    • Development experience Java, JavaScript, Python, C++, scripting languages, and/or Ruby
    • Implementing products such as SailPoint, Ping, and/or Forge Rock identity manager solutions
    • Entitlement management, user credential management, user security behavior monitoring
    • SSO and MFA, and protocols such as, OIDC, SAML, OAuth, JWT, and federation
    • Supporting IAM, security operations and architecture
    • Experience in operating systems such as Unix, Linux, and/or Windows
  • 1 year plus working knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
    • TCP/IP stack and/or networking protocols
    • Authentication and authorization
    • Cloud and/or directory services
    • APIs

Preferred:

  • CISSP or CCSP Certification
  • vendor certification Sailpoint highly preferred.
  • ISACA CISA or CISM Certification
  • 1 year experience in the following areas:
    • Supporting IAM in cloud environments: AWS, Azure
    • Working with SIEM tools: Splunk, LogRhythm
    • Working with the federal government
    • Automation technologies such as Ansible and Python
