The IAM Project Manager leader coordinate the Alstom IS&T program in terms of identity and access management.
He/she is in charge of conducting the identity and access management program, through the Digital service project methodology.
This program is composed of several projects and service responsability encompassing but not limited to:
- Internal and external identities lifecycle for business to employee and business to business
- Resource access provisioning and revocation
- Privilege access management
- Identities of objects and machines
- Federation through single sign on
- Managment of one direct report
- Manage partner(s) relationship
He/she coordinates and gather relevant stakeholders, managing internal resource, including but not limited to HR, Sourcing, Master Data managers, Digital service, business representatives (business , business partner,…).
The project manager leader is expected to optimize resources capacity, budget and solutions in order to achieve the on-time delivery of the roadmap for the global IAM projects.
He/she participates to the evolution of the IAM service portfolio by proposing optimization, vision, new services and challenging the current roadmap.
Main responsabilities
- The IAM PM Leader is responsible for:
- Global program Delivery
- Manage risks and issues and take corrective measurements
- Program animation and coordination between departments
- Align and ensure deliverables to the program’s outcome
- Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies
- Respect of Alstom Project methodology (training provided)
- Regular report on resources consumption and program delivery
- Move to production and transition from project to run
- Projects/program reportings/indicators to different stakeholders ( Manager service, Director, VP)
- Management of internal resource(s)
- Manage partners relationship
Qualifications & Competencies - Expected Level
6+ years of experience in complex program management, ideally with a background in Security on IAM.
Languages: English (French appreciated)
Mandatory experiences and skills
- Program management
- Leadership
- Significant experience in comparable large programs (if possible in IAM)
- Understanding of IAM basics (optional)
- Concision and ability to report to senior management
- Excellent organization skills
- Effective Communication skills
- Agile methodology knowledge
- Excellent written/verbal/communication, listening and facilitation skills

Technical Competencies (max 20)
Prince2 certification will be appreciated
Develops and manages project budgets, schedules, and timelines
Drives scope development and management : Must have
Interest of past experience on technical subjects (IAM Cybersecurity or any other Cybersecurity technical Domaine)
Integrates ongoing risk management trade-offs
Collects and structures the available data impacting the project
Leadership dimensions
Ability to work with functional as well as technical topics in a dynamic environment: Must have
Ability to drive Projects related with various stakeholders (Team, Architects, Head of, VP, Business): Must have
Candidates should have experience with large scale enterprise projects : must have
Candidates should demonstrate excellent stakeholder communication skills, adaptability and flexibility to a changing environment, and the ability to be pro-active to critically situation through challenges or issues : Must have
