Responsibilities
As a Campaign Manager, Your impact will be:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute strategic, multi-channel marketing campaigns—including field marketing, email, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), search, and paid advertising—with a focus on lead generation and accelerating pipeline growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner across the Marketing & Sales teams to create impactful, cohesive campaigns and programs that align with shared goals.
- Performance Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, demonstrating the impact on pipeline and revenue growth, with insights for continuous improvement.
- Third-Party Programs: Collaborate with external partners to craft and implement lead generation plans that effectively target the top, middle, and bottom funnel stages.
- Data-Driven Campaign Optimization: Leverage data to make strategic adjustments to campaigns and programmes to constantly improve and drive ROI.
- Webinar Program: Lead the global webinar programmes, producing high-quality content in English and relevant local languages to support global Field Marketing and Sales teams.
- Localized Campaign Tailoring: Customize campaigns for specific regions or customer segments, ensuring that messaging resonates with each local market.
- Customer Campaign Development: Design and execute campaigns focused on customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling customer opportunities
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this role?
- Experience: 5+ years in Demand Generation, Regional Marketing, or Customer Marketing, ideally within a B2B technology or cybersecurity environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze data to optimize campaign performance and guide decision-making.
- Communication & Project Management Skills: Proven skills in communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Product Marketing, Content Marketing and other departments to drive integrated marketing efforts.
- Creative & Strategic Thinking: A creative, out-of-the-box thinker who can develop unique and impactful marketing initiatives.
Bonus:
- Relevant Experience: Familiarity with the OT Security space, particularly the buyers, competitors and the technology
- Industry focus: Experience building Marketing programs & campaigns targeting Industrial or Healthcare organizations
- End-to-End Campaign Ownership: 1+ years of experience driving campaigns from ideation through to launch.

Expected compensation for the role is between $90,000- $110,000. This is a good faith estimate but does not include equity, bonus, or other forms of payment. Pay will be by experience level, but those outside the salary band are welcome to apply.
