As the Compliance and Physical Security Coordinator, you will play a key role in establishing and maintaining security and compliance standards across eStruxture. You will ensure the implementation of consistent, effective practices, policies, and procedures, while providing expert guidance and supporting the development of compliance and security initiatives. A highly motivated self-starter, you are compliance-focused and results-driven, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and operational teams, demonstrating the flexibility and expertise needed to support eStruxture's security and compliance goals.

The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support security and compliance posture at eStruxture
- Oversee Compliance administration, including quarterly control review attestations, generating reports from the risk management system for Compliance Report development, conducting user training, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with Internal Auditors.
- Ensure continuous monitoring and oversight of compliance and security across all eStruxture locations.
Documentation
- Assist in developing, analyzing, documenting, and validating compliance requirements and specifications for new initiatives, processes, or enhancements/upgrades to existing systems to support core compliance and security objectives.
- Support the creation and delivery of compliance documentation, including customer inquiries, RFIs, business requirements (compliance, security, functional, and non-functional), and business process issues and risks. Ensure that necessary certification and audit controls are addressed and investigate and recommend solutions using sound business judgment.
Audits
- Schedule and coordinate evidence collection, meetings, and walkthroughs for the annual SOC 1&2, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001 audits.
- Manage business assurance reviews, and monitor and test activities to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Provide support to both Internal and External Auditors, as needed.
- Assist with the Canada Contract Security Program
- Track and support the timely resolution of Audit findings.
Security
- Collaborate with the Physical Security and Compliance Manager to support security-related incidents.
- Coordinate the documentation, recommendations, and implementation of corrective security measures.
- Foster a culture of neighborliness by prioritizing the well-being of those around us.

Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a Compliance role.
- Proven experience in coordinating schedules, requests, and documentation with internal stakeholders.
- Skilled in developing and delivering reporting documents as per direction.
- Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders across the organization, including senior management.
- Compliance/datacenter/information security/operations experience*.
- Experience in the operational management of compliance and information security, including the implementation of related policies and controls*.
Education/Certification/Designation
College Degree in Business Administration, IT related field or equivalent experience*

Technical Skills/Knowledge
- Good knowledge in audit processes to ensure certifications are obtained to meet client needs and expectations.
- Experience in compliance management, including governance oversight.
- Excellent skills in documentation, communication, and IT.
- Experience in the operational aspects of compliance, information security management controls, and the implementation of related policies*
- Analytical thinker with robust conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in both English and French*

Working Conditions
The role has standard working conditions in a hybrid environment (office and home-based) with a regular workweek from Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the role, the incumbent must be able to meet tight deadlines, handle pressure, and manage stress.
