What We Do:

Founded in 2015 as a fully remote company by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress was built on a simple premise: to force hackers to earn every inch of their access.

Today’s cyber-attacks aren’t limited to large organizations with the security tools that can ward off threats. Hackers don't discriminate and will find a way to penetrate any vulnerability in any size business, which is why Huntress focuses on protecting those small to midsize businesses that make up the backbone of our economy.

Huntress stops hidden threats that sneak past preventive security tools by utilizing our award-winning security platform and expert human threat hunters through dynamic products including Managed EDR, MDR for Microsoft 365, and Managed Security Awareness Training.

Join the hunt and help us stop hackers in their tracks!

What You’ll Do:

Huntress is adding a Senior Product Marketing Manager for our Managed SIEM release. This product was launched in September and is already shaking up the SIEM landscape. Rather than build another ineffective, overpriced, and overcomplicated SIEM tool, Huntress has flipped the script on older SIEM models. This resonates with organizations that have struggled to make SIEM work for them in the past. We are looking for a product marketer to take it to the next level and help make Managed SIEM a flagship product for Huntress.

This position is responsible for the primary aspects of product marketing for the SIEM product, including messaging and positioning, content creation, sales enablement, and the overall go-to-market strategy. We are looking for a candidate who possesses knowledge of the SIEM landscape but does not want to replicate the same messaging and positioning other SIEM vendors have historically taken. The candidate should be passionate about the cybersecurity mission and have a proven history of hyper-creative approaches to product marketing.

You will collaborate across the business from the entire marketing function, sales, product management, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop and evolve a compelling narrative and value proposition for Huntress Managed SIEM. Build content and design campaigns that highlight the product benefits and also stand out from the competition with bold and exciting messaging
  • Product Alignment: Partner with Product Management to drive strategy around product positioning for existing products and new launches. You will help plan and launch new offerings, capabilities, and releases to the market
  • Sales Enablement: Be the subject matter expert and product evangelist. Work with the sales team to develop programs that help drive the pipeline, convert opportunities, and expand into existing accounts
  • Demand Generation: Work with the growth marketing and brand teams to hone the strategy and marketing programs that drive demand. Be proactive in recognizing where the business may need marketing support and the effective levers to pull

What You Bring To The Team:

  • 3+ years of product marketing or related experience
  • Highly creative—We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of creating messaging, positioning, assets, and supporting campaign concepts that stand out in the marketplace and resonate with prospects
  • Strong emotional intelligence and a natural collaborator - We’re looking for someone who can work across teams and handle the ups and downs of a rapid-growth company as we scale up
  • A strong knowledge of the SIEM marketplace is required.  Experience with MSP and other channel-driven go-to-market strategies or SMB-focused offerings is desirable. Experience with MDR and service-led offerings is a bonus
  • Strong writing communication skills with an ability to break down complex concepts into simple messages. Expertise in collaborating with design and content marketing teams to create a range of different types of content (one-pagers, website content, whitepapers, demo videos, etc.)
  • Comfortable creating and delivering presentations in a range of environments
  • Energy & Mission Focus - Creativity, energy, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to put your stamp on the product and make a big difference for Huntress and the customers we serve. We want someone who believes in the mission of cybersecurity as much as we do

What We Offer:

  • 100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
  • Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave
  • Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
  • 401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution
  • Life and Disability insurance plans
  • Stock options for all full-time employees
  • One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office
  • Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance
  • $75 USD/month digital reimbursement
  • Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth
