Job Description
The Cyber Security Manager, as part of the engineering team, leads the cyber security services conducts design review activities in the cyber security domain, advises and guides all other disciplines in aspects related to cyber security.
Detailed duties are described hereafter:
- Reviews, provides comments and approves the contractor’s deliverables
- Ensures compliance with the cyber security requirements specified in the contract
- Reviews and approves the selection and implementation of cyber security technologies
- Reviews vulnerability, penetration testing, firewall and risk assessments
- Participates in all aspects of the design review process within the consultant’s organisation
- Supports other members of the Consultant’s technical team on technical issues
- During the Installation, Testing and Commissioning phases, ensures that the works are carried out according to the approved documents and drawings
- Provides relevant input for regular and ad-hoc reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Science
- One certification in the Cyber Security field, preferably Certified Information Systems Security Professional, Certified Information Security Manager, Certified Information Systems Auditor
- Minimum 10 years professional experience in the Cyber Security field for Metro/Railways Signalling or Industrial Automation Control Systems (e.g. SCADA) from which 5 years as manager
- Strong knowledge of CENELEC EN 50159 or IEC 62443 standards requirements
- Experience in implementation of IEC and ISO Cyber Security standards
- Strong communications, coordination, and management skills
- English: proficient
- Arabic: proficiency would be an advantage.
