Day to Day Responsibilities 

We are looking for bright, motivated, and analytical minds to join our Kroll Responder Business Operations team as a Vice President, supporting Kroll Responder services globally. 

Responsibilities include:

Strategic and Operational Planning & Project Management

  • Lead and manage complex projects to ensure maximum impact and successful delivery aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Manage project scope, scheduling and resource allocation across multiple projects aligned to strategic goals.
  • Translate insights into actionable outputs to enhance the service line’s strategic goals.
  • Manage complex technical cyber projects involving multiple stakeholders, across different disciplines.

Process Improvement

  • Lead and own process transformation and identify continuous improvement opportunities across service lines.
  • Map current ('As-Is') business processes and workflows, identifying key areas for harmonization.
  • Identify gaps in processes, technology, and tools, proposing best practices to streamline operations.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking to develop innovative solutions aligned with Managed Services objectives.

Stakeholder Management

  • Offer objective insights and challenge processes through a 'business change' lens.
  • Collaborate with various teams to secure buy-in and build effective, influenceable relationships.
  • Offer clear prioritization for teams and assets in line with the company's strategic goals.
  • Navigate ambiguity and provide clear recommendations and next steps across the business, including Managed Services Leadership level.
  • Simplify complex information into easy-to-understand content.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in change/project management.

Essential Traits 

  • Minimum 5 years’ Project and Change Management experience, within the Cyber industry, preferably Managed Services. 
  • Six Sigma qualified preferable Proven experience in successfully delivering projects with a high impact on people and ways of working.
  • UK or EMEA based 
  • While this role is remote working the successful candidate must be able to periodically work from Kroll’s UK offices to support Kroll’s Managed Services technical and leadership teams.
  • Ability to connect and manage senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex strategic ideas to a wide range of audiences.
  • Strong ability to design, plan, and proactively manage change and capability initiatives to completion.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address barriers to project success.
