As a DevSecOps and Security Engineering Team Lead, you will:

• Lead a talented team of engineers and developers dedicated to building and enhancing a custom DevSecOps toolchain
• Drive the integration of automated security checks across all stages of the SDLC
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security is a seamless part of every product we deliver
• Have the freedom to innovate and develop bespoke security tools tailored to our unique needs

Our technology stack includes Golang, Ruby, and Python for internal tools. We value flexibility and are open to introducing additional tools and languages that best meet our goals

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in security, DevSecOps, and security automation
• 2+ years of experience leading teams with a proven ability to inspire, mentor, and drive results
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with DevOps practices, automation frameworks, SRE, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• A passion for building and innovating security tools that redefine industry standards
• A proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
