ArcelorMittal Luxembourg is looking for a: Corporate CISO

The CISO implements and control the cyber security strategy, ensuring the protection of sensitive data and systems against threats. He ensures alignment with Group and Europe standards. 

Scope and key stakeholders:

  • Corporate Functions in Europe Offices (London and Luxembourg)
  • Treasury (Paris)
  • Europe CISO Team (Engineering and Cyber Dense Center)
  • Corporate CIO
  • Corporate Infrastructure and Applications leads
  • Group CISO Team
  • Global Assurance Team (Internal Audit)

So, what you’ll do?

  • Identify, evaluate cyber risks and propose mitigation measures
  • Deploy the Europe Cyber Security Program in all units in scope. Ensure that standard solutions and procedures are implemented
  • Ensure that the Cyber Security roadmap is adequately supported by action plans, supervise and control execution
  • Enable the collaboration between Corporate teams and Europe cyber engineering & cyber defense teams
  • Ensure availability and quality of reporting for Group / Europe CISO
  • Establish and lead the Cyber Security review with Business stakeholders
  • In close collaboration with Europe Cyber Security Incident Response team, coordinate the cyber security investigations and incident response for the units in scope
  • Support the IT teams for the Global Assurance audits or Group CISO Cyber Assessment
  • Ensure that security is considered in local projects

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience, preferably in Cyber Security domain (project management, architecture, consulting).
  • Good knowledge and strong interest in Cyber Security (best-practices, standards, technology)
  • Good knowledge in IS/IT (network, endpoint, cloud, application, …)
  • Proven experience in project/change management in complex/sensitive environment
  • Excellent communication skills, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English. Any other European language is appreciated.
  • Knowledge in one or several cyber security domain such as Risk assessment, Threat-Informed Defense, Incident Response or SOC Operations
  • Knowledge in one or several cyber security technology such as Endpoint/Cloud/Active Directory Security, EDR/NDR/MDR, etc.
  • Knowledge or proven experience in deployment of cyber resilience strategy
