The Kroll Cyber Risk Service Operations team are looking for an individual to join our team to support us within the reporting function. We are looking for someone motivated with a keen eye for detail to support our report quality assurance processes and data entry tasks. This role will involve participation in cross-team collaborative initiatives and will need to ensure they’re able effectively manage their workload to meet deadlines and internal KPIs. This role is a good opportunity for someone looking to develop into a reporting or data analyst role, and there are opportunities to gain more experience with reporting development, from collating stakeholder requirements through to development and delivery of internal reports & dashboards.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Collation and entry of customer data
- Creation of internal articles related to customer information
- Scheduling, setting agendas & note-taking of internal meetings
- Day-to-day administrative tasks within Service Operations area
- Reporting quality assurance & delivery
- Scoping of internal reporting requirements & reporting development
Essential Traits
- +1 years of experience within an administrative, data entry or reporting role
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Experience working with Microsoft applications e.g. Word, PowerPoint & Excel
- The ability to multi-task and work to KPIs within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience in scheduling & taking minutes in meetings with a variety of stakeholders to ensure clear outcomes/actions are understood
- Willingness to work flexibly and support other Service Operations areas as needs arise
Desirable
- Experience using Jira Service Management or Confluence
- Experience using Microsoft Power BI
