Position Overview:

The Director of Cyber Services will serve in a dual capacity: (1) directly supporting a government customer as a senior technical advisor, and (2) leading Pueo's Cyber Services. This role requires a balance of customer-focused expertise and leadership in driving the Cyber Service's success.

Primary Responsibilities

Senior Technical Advisor Responsibilities:

    • Provide strategic advice and hands-on technical support regarding the most complex cyber security needs.
    • Facilitate discussions, analyze inputs, and present informed decisions for consideration of senior staff.
    • Maintain a firm and consistent understanding of the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense risk management frameworks, approaches, deficiencies, and successes.

Cyber Services Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Service Development and Execution:
    • Lead the Cyber Service to ensure excellence in program and project execution, business development, and proposal management.
  • Personnel Management and Career Development:
    • Oversee recruitment, training, and career development for the Cyber Service team, fostering a high-performing and motivated workforce.
  • Strategic Growth:
    • Identify and pursue new opportunities for expanding Cyber Service offerings through innovative solutions and strategic partnerships.
  • Business and Proposal Development:
    • Explore and shape potential business opportunities in the Cyber Services Portfolio.
    • Work different aspects of proposal development within and outside of the Cyber Services Portfolio.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in Cybersecurity, project management, and customer-focused operations.
  • Travel: Quarterly local and CONUS travel to future locations that have Cybersecurity assets and interests.
  • Clearance: Top Secret Security Clearance

Highly Desired Qualifications

  • Certifications:
    • DAWIA Level II in Program Management or equivalent.
    • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
    • Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt certification.
    • Current DoD 8570 Requirement: IAT/IAM III Certification
  • Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA).
