About the team
Information System is based on the needs of the company's internal system construction and responsible for the planning and construction of internal human resources, finance, workplace service, legal affairs, procurement, approval and other internal systems, demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, operation and maintenance of the company.

Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for product operations related to the privacy and data security of ByteDance's internal products. Gain a deep understanding of the business logic and goals of each cycle to ensure the successful achievement of business objectives.
2. Conduct external research and analyze internal data, including organizing and compiling findings.
3. Continuously optimize processes by discovering, tracking, and summarizing risk issues. Provide templates, tools, and methodologies to enhance the operational effectiveness of privacy and data security products.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with more than 3 years of experience in operations or related fields.
2. Strong research, critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
3. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, with strong organizational and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
1. A major in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
2. Proven track record of successful cross-departmental collaboration and excellent interpersonal abilities.
3. Adaptable to rapidly changing environments, managing multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
