Summary

For the “Electronic Warfare Support” department in the Cyberspace & Electronic Warefare program, we are looking for a “Project Manager EW Ground Support (f/m/d)” at the Ulm location as soon as possible.

The department is responsible for product development and project management of national and international projects in the field of “Electronic Warfare Ground Support”. In the acquisition phase, the department supports the sales campaigns and prepares the corresponding offers for our national and international customers.

Your Tasks

• Independent and autonomous handling of projects within the agreed time, cost and performance framework to the satisfaction of our customers

• Preparation of technical and commercial offer documents in cooperation with internal stakeholders (bid management)

• Supporting the specialist departments and participating in contract negotiations

• Preparation and implementation of presentations for management and customers

• Technical management of the project team including employees from other functions (matrix organizations) 

• Collaboration with internal and external partners and customers

Willingness to travel internationally is a prerequisite.

Your Profile

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, computer science, aerospace engineering, industrial engineering or comparable

• Several years of relevant professional experience in project management

• Several years of experience in the technical management and motivation of teams

• Experience in military procurement is an advantage

• Knowledge of electronic warfare (EW) advantageous

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work in a team and assertiveness

• Independent, systematic and structured way of working

• Business fluent in German and English
