Partner with the best

The Security Operations Engineer will provide advanced user and system support across several software and hardware solutions. The goal is to ensure the field operations environment is secure from cyber threats.

• Acting as Administrator and supporting for Forescout EyeInspect solution, used for monitoring the health and security of OT systems.
• Providing remote technical application support for oilfield systems deployed globally running Windows-based applications.
• Deploying field applications, upgrades/patches in production and test environments.
  • Forescout EyeInspect
  • Splunk
  • BeyondTrust
• Troubleshooting application alerts from monitoring tools and performing root cause analysis. 
• Coordinating with various internal stakeholders.
• Coordinating with external software vendors for technical support as needed.
• Writing and maintaining tutorials and technical documentation.
• Working on critical, complex OT problems that may span multiple services and internal teams.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math). Bachelor’s degree from another field combined with role-related work experience is also accepted.
• Have 3-5 years of experience in application support  
• Have experience in Cyber security in industrial environment or field
• Have exposure to performance monitoring and capacity management of enterprise systems using various tools
• Have experience with Active Directory
• Have some experience with standard IT security practices such as identity and access management, least privilege policies
