Job Description
We are looking for an IT Project Manager to support the Risk Management (including BCM) and Internal Control teams.
- Gather requirements from the Risk, Internal Control, and BCM teams.
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure alignment and compliance with specifications.
- Assist in the customization and integration of the new platform.
- Migrate data from existing internal tools to the new platform.
- Support the phase-out of current tools, including monitoring, assigning user roles, and extracting data for reporting purposes.
- Prepare technical and functional specifications, ensuring seamless integration with the involved teams.
- Monitor the implementation of platform specifications, ensuring compliance with defined requirements.
- Conduct functionality testing of the platform.
- Organize training sessions for users, promoting adoption and efficiency.
- Engage and integrate stakeholders into the tool.
- Manage change and provide ongoing support during the transition period.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management, or related fields.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Prior knowledge or experience in risk management, internal control, and business continuity management is a plus.
- Proactive and confident profile with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and adherence to deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills, including interaction with senior executives and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Adaptability to dynamic and constantly evolving environments.
- Understanding of risk management, internal control, and business continuity concepts to better comprehend the operations to be integrated into the new tool.
