Your Role

As an IT Security Project Manager, you will be pivotal in driving critical security projects, which form part of a larger strategic security program aimed at achieving NIS2 compliance. Responsibilities include:

• Project Execution: Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Stakeholder Communication: Reporting progress, addressing challenges, and maintaining clear communication between all parties involved.
• Service Transition Management: Overseeing the operationalization of delivered solutions, including change management, support plans, and procedure development.
• Leadership and People Management: Inspiring and coordinating teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring effective execution.

Your Profile

We are seeking candidates with:

• Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience in IT security.
• Project Management Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in project management, including requirements gathering, planning, and KPI-based progress tracking.
• Security Knowledge: Hands-on experience in at least three areas of IT security, such as network security, endpoint protection, IAM, or secure development.
• Certifications:
  • Mandatory: PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.
  • Preferred: NIS2, ISO27001, NIST certifications.
• Technical Skills:
  • Foundational knowledge of DevSecOps.
  • Ability to document and execute infrastructure solutions.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
