Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of HR Control, risk and compliance to lead a team of analysts and oversee all aspects of control documentation, risk management and compliance within HR operations team. This role will ensure that HR processes and systems adhere to internal control, regulatory requirements and risk management frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR Operations, control and risk management areas and will collaborate with relevant stakeholders to make HR operations compliant.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager  your responsibilities will vary depending on the specific needs of the team at a point in time. Below is an indicative list of responsibilities for the role:

• Control Design & implementation
  • Lead design and implementation of internal controls framework for HR processes ensuring they are aligned with organisational framework and requirements
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify process risk and perform control reviews to identify gaps and risks
  •   Perform ongoing issue management support for all HR operations functions
• Compliance management.
  • Perform control effectiveness testing
  • Design, monitor and lead self-assurance activities
  • Regulatory compliance support
• Continuous improvement to identify opportunities in risk management and control and compliance
• Audit readiness and support. Collaborate with HR leadership and other relevant teams to implement findings and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources/risk Management
• 12-15 years’ experience in Internal Control and Risk management. 4-6 yrs in HR Operations control and compliance will be highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Internal control concepts risk management principles and regulatory requirements (European , US , India )
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects
• Excellent communication- Written and verbal
• Certifications in any of the above areas will be an added advantage
